The nucleus of Essex has combined experience of more than 50 years and has evaluated in excess of 15,000 properties across Canada. We are approved for mortgage financing by virtually all of the major lending institutions including Royal Bank, Bank of Montreal and CIBC, as well as all of the Credit Unions operating within Alberta including ATB and the Servus Credit Union. We specialize in evaluating all commercial and industrial property types as well as multi-family projects. In addition, we are able to complete insurance cost replacement reports and act as an agent on your behalf for your real property assessment appeals.

All employees of Essex Appraisal are fully insured, are licensed to write appraisals in the province of Alberta, and are members in good standing with the Appraisal Institute of Canada.
